Alpha Inn - Medan

Convenient location for business trip, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good amenities including free Wi-Fi and a basic breakfast. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to answer questions and provide assistance.

The rooms were quite small and lacked some basic facilities, like a kettle to boil water. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked.

The hotel is close to Istana Maimoon,Petisah Markat, Medan Fair and Medan Plaza.

All of its standard rooms are without windows. The aircondition unit of my room was not cold enough because it is old and only of 0.5 horse power. The breakfast was not satisfactory. I think it is not worth for the price I have paid.

This place is located very close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for a trip in the city.

Bolu Meranti served dishes within 300 metres off the hotel. The venue was right by Medan train station. Location, a short walk to all attractions. We liked staying at alpha inn...

I enjoy the convenient location so that we can go easily to places we want to visit. Nice room, good price & great location.

Quality of the paint colors in the room and the cleanliness of the bathroom floor needs to be improved.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the Northern bus station for easy transportation. it is conveniently situated near Medan fair, providing opportunities for shopping and exploring local markets.

The hotel lacks a kettle in the room to boil hot water.

Great location, fair value of money

The staff lil bit contageous with the guest, lack of smile. Esp, when we ordered pizza for papa rons downside of the hotel, the staff of papa rons wasnt seem helpful. The breakfast, is in average. We couldnt ask for better breakfast with that kind of value, right?? And also they dont prepare any creamer or milk for added in a coffee or tea. The wall seem so tiny, so we can hear, clearly from the next room.

Good location, friendly staff and comfortable beds the hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help me with any questions I had. the beds were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of work. Two other advantages were the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast, which offered a selection of both local and international options.

The hotel room is clean and tidy.

The receptionist should be more polite. There was no bell boy to welcome guest.The shuttle service is not provided (with surcharge) when we want to go to Airport although the receptionist said they have a driver from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The room is quite small and the sink should be inside the bathroom and the bathroom's door glass should be tinted.

I thought it was poor value for money, have stayed in better places for less money. The bathroom had not been cleaned, others peoples hair and a cigarette butt on the floor. Toiletries were said to be included but all it had was a broken soap dispenser on the wall. Smoking room but no ashtray. Bad design of room, maybe me and my husband don't want to watch each other sat on the toilet if the other is sat on the bed, nowhere else to sit as such a small room. Small tv with not so many channels. Staff were polite but not very welcoming. Didn't eat there so can't comment about the food. Noisy from traffic. Not impressed. Wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend it.
